Sedentary World



Each day we move less. Generally the people spend the working hours sitting in front of a computer or desk.We, the students too, we stand hours and hours sit listening to the teacher, We are mibilized by car, bus, subway, We won't walk nor do exercice. ¿Which is the result? The inactivity involves a big risk of suffering a heart attack, because it promotes the accumulation of fat and cholesterol, and increased the obesity, a diseasevery commontoday in our society. The lifestyle is very important for health.

But, we can think that sport is bad, exhausting or it is a risk of falls, and we can think that is better don’t do exercise, but If we put in a balance the advantage and disadvantage we can see that the advantage to sports are a lot more that the disadvantage.The exercise burns calories,it helps to control cholesterol levels, diabetes;it decreases the need of oxygen and arterial pressures, it strengthens the cardiac muscle and make more flexible the arteries,also it brings greats benefits in mental health like to improve a memory, speed, mood, body image and sense of well being increasing the stress resistance. To Respiratory level, the exercise improves ventilator function, increasing the ability of our body for withstand heavy load situations, produced by high intensity exercise or stress situation.

And the most important is funny, a good form the exercice is the sport, because when we play, we forget tiredness to our team win. Finallythe people in your team becomes your friends.
