The stress has become a usual situation in this days.

Today, a large percentage of Santiago's population was stressed,
perphas, the principal causes is the fast life we leve day to day, we live running from here to there, working against the time. For this reason the laboral stress is the most common type of stress.

Symptoms of stress include tiredness, loss or increase of appetite, headaches, crying, lack of sleep and stay asleep. They are also indicative abuse of alcohol, drugs and other compulsive behaviors.
