Health prevention


Our body is very susceptible to suffer some illness, obesity, becouse the word is full of vice which generates imbalance in our system. But, in general the people are very careless or and many of these imbalance are given by dont following certain rules of Hygiene or to keep bad habits such as sedentary, smoke, gluttony, that can genetate obesity, dont wash the hands very good or wash their food can produce digestive diseases, etc.


Actually, the people leading a healthy life is very little.


I think that the principal problem is the sedentary, because causes damages in the body and in the mind, the lethargy is thye principal enemy of a health and active life. In fact, it's to say that the human body was designed to be used.


One good way that fight with this bad habits is to do exercices, because the physical activity

can prevent the principal cronic disease that such as Heart disease, Obesity, respiratory diseases that affecting with most frequency to population.


The physical exercise makes individuals so much healthier because the human body work so. The human body is designed to move around.


For this, the role of Physical Therapist is work for a population more healthy in a approach of public health promoting a often Physical activity , that changes the sedentary life style.
